The Regular Session was held under the leadership of Lieutenant Tigran Avinyan.

Tigran Avinyan informed that they will discuss restrictions on some types of economic activity, which the Prime Minister announced yesterday.

"I would like to inform you that within seven days only priority services, shops and pharmacies should work. I would also like to inform you that the measures we have generally taken up to this point have been effective and the aim of transitioning to a more stringent seven-day regime will be to maintain control and continue to develop tools that will allow us to detect and prevent infection chains.

Therefore, I would also like to inform you that there will be restrictions on mobility for the citizens of Armenia, and we should try to maintain the self-isolation regime within seven days, ”Avinyan said.

According to the Government, therefore, after the publication of the list, we will introduce new mechanisms that will allow to restrict the movement of citizens through the Republic of Armenia as far as possible.

"We will urge our citizens to remain self-contained so that we have time to modernize our toolkit and continue the effective fight against coronavirus," he said.
