In the morning the shops in Yerevan are bustling. People go from store to store without making a turn, shopping with a smile. For a moment, if we forget that this is the same society that has been crying out for years about being socially insecure and living a life of struggle, one might think that people in Armenia, especially in Yerevan, do not live so badly. There are discounts in a number of shops and cafes in the capital due to Black Friday or Black Friday.

The Black Friday launch from November 29 will continue until December 1 inclusive. Discounts in some stores in Armenia, especially cigarettes, start from 20%. Sometimes they reach 30-40%.

This tradition of promotions originated in the United States, launching the traditional Christmas season in shopping malls and stores. Armenia has also joined the Black Friday in the past few years. On the eve of it, some shops and brands send messages to the citizens, informing them that they are joining the action and offering significant discounts to the consumer. On this Black Friday day, some banks have also launched a pre-holiday loan lending campaign.

And as is customary to say, Black Friday has become a national holiday in the United States as stores there offer unheard-of discounts.
